LEMON CREAM PIE/ SIMPLE AND EASY PIE RECIPE/EPISODE 790CHERYLS HOME COOKING

This home made Lemon Pie is so simple and easy to make. We just loved it! AND its a NO BAKE!

INGREDIENTS:

1- 9 oz.- ready made Graham Cracker pie crust
1- 3 oz.- Package of Lemon Jello
2- 14 oz.- Cans of Sweetened Condensed Milk
4- Lemons
1-Cup- Powered Sugar
Couple of drops of Yellow food coloring or Food Jel
2- Cups of heavy whipping cream
1- Tbsp. Vanilla Extract

DIRECTIONS:

In a large bowl pour the 2 cans of sweetened milk
Add Zest of one lemon
Add juice of two lemons
Add Package of Jello
Mix well……
Pour into pie crust….
Smooth the top and place in fridge

For the Cream:

In a large bowl…Place 2 cups of heavy whipping cream…
Mix until very soft peaks…..
Add 1- Cup of Powered Sugar….
Zest of one lemon….
Couple of drops of yellow food coloring, or food jell….
1- Tbsp- Vanilla extract…
Mix until if forms a stiff peak….

Place cream on top of pie…
Garnish with lemons ( optional)
Place back in fridge until ready to eat….

welcome to sharrows home cooking todaywhat I’m going to show you is my lemoncream pie so let’s get started today I’mgoing to show you how to make my lemoncream pie so I have one ready-made crustI’ll leave this off to the side onepackage of jell-o three ounces to 14ounce can of sweetened condensed milkthe juice of two lemons and the zest ofone lemon so now I’ll put my sweetenedcondensed milk in my bowI’ll juice two lemons before I juice mytwo lemons I’ll take the zest stop thisone lemon I’ll add it in my bowlnow I’ll add in the juice of two lemonsI’ll add in the three ounce package ofthe lemon jello now I’ll mix this alltogethernow I’ll pour this mixture into my 9ounce ready-made graham cracker crustreally smells goodI’ll scrape my oldI’ll spread it out evenly now I’ll placethis in my fridge for a couple hourstill it’s nice and firm now I’ll makethe cream to go on top now for my creamfor my lemon cream pie I have two cupsof heavy whipping cream the zest of onelemon a tablespoon of vanilla extractI’ll just eyeball it now we’ll mix thisall togethernow I’ll add in a couple drops of yellowfood gel I want to make it nice andyellow eight to the food gel or foodcoloring I’ll add in one cup ofconfectionery sugar or powdered sugarsince except to the thorns a stiff peakI’ll scrape my side oh yeah came up goodnow I’ll give it a little try it smellsgood really lemony mmm it’s really goodmmmnow I’ll place this on top of my pie nowI’ll place the cream on topreadynow I’ll place my pie back in the fridgeif you like you can put a couple lemonson top just for garnish I cut them verythin you don’t have to put the lemon ontop but I did I really like lemons sonow put this back in my fridge wellthanks so much for tuning in to anotherepisode of cellos home cooking and watchme make my homemade lemon cream pie it’sreally good I’ll see you guys next videobuh-bye
