How to make the pocket crust?
Ingredients needed:
1. 2 1/2 cups of flour
2. 2 tbs sugar
3. 1/2 tsp salt
4.1/4 unsalted butter
5. 1 egg
6. 1/2 cup cold water
Steps making the Mango Peach Pocket Crust:
1. Sift the flour, salt and sugar.
2. Add the unsalted butter and the egg.
3. Thoroughly add the cold water.
4. Mix the ingredients with a spatula and continue mixing by hand until the dough comes together in a ball.
Prepare the Mango Peach filling:
1. 1 cup peaches
2. 1 whole mango (chopped)
3. 1 tbs lemon juice
4. 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
5. 5 tbs peaches syrup
6. 1/2 tsp salt
7. 1 tbs water
8. 2 tsp cornstarch
9. 2 tbs sugar
Steps making the Mango Peach filling:
1. Set the stove to medium heat and combine all ingredients.
2. While waiting for it to simmer, mix the 2 tsp cornstarch and 1 tbs water.
3. Pour the mixed cornstarch and when it´s thick like a jam, remove from the stove and let it cool down.

How to fry the Mango Peach Pie?
1. In medium heat, deep fry it and just check it from time to time to avoid burning it.
