How To | Vegan Pumpkin Pie

I am happy to share with you guys an easy holiday pie recipe that everyone can enjoy!

Recipe:

15 oz pumpkin puree, 1 cup coconut cream, 1cup packed brown sugar, 1.5 teaspoons cinnamon, 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (i use frozen ginger cubes), 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg, 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves, 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (i used vanilla bean paste in video for a richer vanilla flavor) 3 tablespoons organic corn starch. 9” unbaked vegan pie crust

Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk until well combined. Pour mixture into pie shell and smooth out. Top with decorative cut outs of pie crust. Sprinkle with sugar and bake at 350F degrees for approximately 45 minutes. Chill baked pie in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before slicing
