How to make: No bake egg pie | Easy and Affordable

Today, I will make a pie without using an oven and no added flour. This recipe is very creamy and more convenient for the family especially during this quarantine season. It’s a hassle free and it will not affect a pinch from your pocket.


Pie Crust:
1 1/2 c. crushed graham
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 c melted butter

1 c evaporated milk
1/2 condensed milk
3 egg yolks
1 egg whites for the toppings
1 c sugar (3/4 c for filling &1/4 c for the eggwhites)
1 tsp vanilla
**1/4 c crushed choco biscuits for dusting once cooked (optional)

1. Pre-boil water into the pan.
2. Mix all the ingredients for the Crust.
3. Pour the mixed batter into the baking pie pan.
4. Let it cool into the refrigerator for 30 mins.

For the filling procedure:
1. Combine evap and condensed milk.
2. Cook into lowfire til small bubbles comes out. Set aside.
3. Mix eggs, sugar, and vanilla.
4. Add the warm milk gradually.
5. Pour in the batter mixture into the chilled crust.
5. Beat eggwhites in high speed and add gradually 1/4 c. sugar until soft peak.
7. Spread evenly the meringue on top .
8. Cover with aluminum foil to avoid moisture.
9. Steam for 30 mins and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
10. let it cool down and best serve chilled.
