BAKED APPLE PIE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
3 Apples (chopped)
12 Cinnamon
3 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
150g sugar
1/2 Jayatri nutmeg powder
50g Butter
Salt ( if you want)
Wheat Puff Pastry Squares
1 Egg yolk
Directions:
1.)First Peel apple and chop apples into squares then Pour it into a saucepan and add sugar, spices,Cinnamon,Vinegar
and butter.Cook until tender, maximum 25 minutes then allow it to cool.
2.Now Cut each puff pastry sheet into four equal sized strips. For each apple pie, we need 2 tablespoons spoon of
apple mixture on one side of each puff pastry strip.then Brush the edges of puff pastry with wegg yolk before folding the
pastry over to cover the filling. Crimp closed with the tines of a fork.then brush egg yolk for making
brownish color then baked 20 minutes in 180°C.

৫0 গ্রাম চিনি
১/২ চামচ জয়ত্রী জায়ফল গুঁড়া
৫0 গ্রাম বাটার
লবণ (যদি আপনি চান)
গমের পাফ প্যাস্ট্রি স্কোয়ারস
১টি ডিমের কুসুম
প্রথমে খোসা ছাড়ানো আপেল এবং আপেলগুলি স্কোয়ারে কাটা তারপর একটি সসপ্যানে চিনি, মশলা, দারুচিনি ভিনেগার এবং মাখন যোগ করুন , রান্না করুন, সর্বোচ্চ ২৫ মিনিট পরে এটি ঠান্ডা হতে দিন।এবার প্রতিটি পাফ প্যাস্ট্রি শিটটি চারটি সমান আকারের স্ট্রিপগুলিতে কাটুন। প্রতিটি অ্যাপল পাইয়ের জন্য আমাদের ২ টেবিল চামচ প্রয়োজন| প্রতিটি পাফ প্যাস্ট্রি স্ট্রিপের একপাশে আপেলের মিশ্রণ ভরাটটি কভার করার জন্য প্যাস্ট্রি কাঁটাচামচ দিয়ে কাঁটা বন্ধ হয়ে গেছে। ডিমের কুসুম ব্রাশ করুন পরে 180 ডিগ্রি সেলসিয়াসে 20 মিনিট বেক করুন।
