How to make blueberry cheesecake pie | NO-BAKE |

Ingredients:
170 g of Graham Cracker Pie Crust
250 g Cream Cheese softened
3/4 cup of Icing Sugar
2 tsp Lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup Whipping Cream
Fresh fruit, to garnish

Directions:
Using an electric mixer, beat together cream cheese, icing sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whip cream until thickened and medium-firm peaks form.
Add whipped cream to cream cheese mixture and beat until thoroughly combined.
Pour filling into pie crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
Chill until firm, about 2-3 hours or overnight.
Garnish with fresh fruit and serve.
