ingredients:
4 medium sweet potatos
4 large Irish potatos
fish:
5 (SAMON) fish Fillets
(softened) 1 Onion
half bell Pepper
fish Seasoning as much as you desire
basil as much as you desire
black Pepper and a pinch of salt
2 chopped tomatos
1 clove of garlic chopped
add all Seasoning on Fish and place in the oven for 3 minutes
