Hey guys! Thanks so much for watching today in the video I made a delicious Caramel Apple Pie. This recipe is super unique because it doesn’t have the traditional apple pie crust and pie topping. Caramel Apple Pie-
Graham Cracker Crust:
-1 stick of melted butter
-1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
-1/4 cup granulated white sugar
-1 tbsp cinnamon
-1 can caramel apple pie filling
-1/2 cup of all purpose flour
-1/2 cup of granulated white sugar
-1/2 cup of brown sugar
-1 stick of softened butter
-1 tbsp cinnamon
Caramel Sauce of your choice (I love the Mrs. Richardson Caramel I find that at Walmart).
-Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
-Mix together crust ingredients and press into the bottom of a greased pie dish.
-Bake the crust at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 6-8 minutes.
-While the crust is baking make crumble topping.
-Combine all the crumb ingredients in a bowl combine together till it gets crumbly. Set aside.
-When crust is done baking pour in caramel apple pie filling be careful crust might not be completely set an may break.
-When filling is in crust add crumble topping to the top of the pie evenly spreading it over the top.
-Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
– Bake pie for 35 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn’t burn.
-Heat up Caramel in a bowl for 20 seconds in the microwave drizzle over the top of the pie.
-Slice up serve and enjoy.
-It’s great with some whip cream or vanilla ice cream.
