Prior to these challenges, I had absolutely no baking skills, my wife once banned me from the kitchen for 2 months because I started multiple fires AND forgot to add flour to chocolate chip cookies. Well now, I have decided that I am going to teach myself how to bake! I will be trying to replicate a Main-heat challenge from the Food Networks Baking Championships. From pie to pate a choux and everything in between I am going to try and bake it!
Tonight I am replication the sweet potato/pecan pie with a egg nogg whip cream.
