To show my appreciation to my co-workers, I baked some cookie sandwiches and apple pies to gift 🙂

[Apple Pie Recipe]
Crust
1. Cut all edges of white bread
2. Roll bread to make flat
3. Place in a cupcake sheet to shape
4. Poke holes on the bottom of the crust with fork
Filling
1. Cut apples into little cubes and toss with 2 tsp of cinnamon
2. Melt butter and add 2 tbsp of flour
3. Add Sugar and 1/4 cup of water to #2 and bring to boil (make sure to keep stirring!)
4. Add cut apples into #3 and mix together
Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees
Cool and rest pies for at least half an hour
[Cookie Sandwich Recipe]
Cookies
1. Add cake mix of your choice with 1 room temperature butter stick and 2 eggs and mix together
2. Put mix into a bag and pipe batter into circles
3. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees
4. Cool and rest for at least 5 minutes
Filling
1. Melt marshmallows with butter in microwave for 30 seconds
2. Quickly add melted marshmallows to a cookie before it cools
