Ingredients for the crust:
– 3 cups of flour
– 1/2 cup of sugar
– 3/4 cup of butter
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– 2 eggs
– 4 tablespoons of milk
– 4 tablespoons of lemon juice
Ingredients for the filling:
– 500 grams of cream cheese
– 1 egg
– 1/2 cup of icing sugar- Vanilla extract
– 1 oz of rum (approx. 1 shot glass)

Bake at 370 f or 190 c for 30 to 40 minutes
