This easy no bake lemon pie recipe is the best! This dessert is a version of lemon icebox pie, basically a lemon version of key lime pie in which the acidity in the lemon juice “cooks” the eggs and sets the filling. However, this lemon icebox pie without eggs is even easier and quicker to make.
I came across this recipe on Emmy from EmmyMadeinJapan’s channel. There are only three ingredients: sweetened condensed milk, lemons, and a bit of salt. Although her pie turned out great, I decided to make two changes to her recipe: I added some lemon zest and I made a no bake graham cracker crust.
