Butterfinger Pie is a delicious and easy No Bake recipe. It can be served three different ways!! without refrigerating, you can use it as a dip for sliced apples, pears, graham crackers, or cake cubes. When refrigerated for a few hours, it turns into a nice firm mousse consistency. And if you put it in the freezer you get more of a rich ice cream consistency! If you go the Freezer route, pre slice the pie for easier serving! However You decide to eat it You can’t go wrong! Its so delicious. I know your Family and Friends are going to love it!!
Ingredients:
Crust:
25 oreos…finely crushed (or feel free to buy a premade oreo cookie crust)
1/3 c melted butter
Filling:
16 oz softened cream cheese
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 t vanilla
1 8oz tub of thawed cool whip
2 cups crushed butterfingers (reserving 1/2 c for the top)
