Enjoy this recipe which is so yummy good and have a beautiful and blessed Valentines Day with all the ones you Love.

Ingredients:
1 9 inch deep dish frozen pie crust
2 ounces of unsweetened baking chocolate
2 ounces semi sweet baking chocolate
3/4 cup salted butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs room temperature
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder (I use Hersheys dark chocolate cocoa powder)
1 cup of all purpose flour

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F
Place baking chocolate and butter in a medium size microwave safe bowl. Heat in 30 second increments, stirring between each, until melted and smooth (about two minutes depending on your microwave).
Stir sugar into chocolate mixture, then stir in eggs until well mixed, add the vanilla, cocoa, and salt and stir until smooth, then carefully stir into flour.
Pour batter into the piecrust. Place pie onto a cookie sheet. Bake for 38 to 48 minutes, until the top is cracked. The pie I made in the video cooked for 40 minutes and the center is very fudge. The center won’t turn into a crumbly cake like brownie because of the piecrust. It will stay pretty fudgy but, if you like it more done, cook it longer and cover with foil.
Cool the pie completely before slicing and serve with whipped cream or ice cream.

*Note: For box brownie pie follow directions on the back of the box and pour into a crust. Cook for 38 to 48 minutes. You could also add 1/2 cup nuts or chocolate chips to the recipe.

[Music][Music]back to my kitchen and welcome to therecipe therapist on this week’s episodeI’m very excited to share with all ofyou a Valentine’s Day dessert and thisvideo is going to be in collaborationwith a girlfriend of mine named Doloresfrom her channel called the baking divaand Dolores has gotten 12 other channelsto participate in this collaboration aswell and the best news is that we’re allmaking a different dessert for you todayso I am gonna leave a link to all 12channels in my description box below foryou to binge watch all these differentValentine’s Day dessert recipes todayI’m gonna be making for you a chocolatefudge brownie pie this pie is gonna beso delicious it’s not that hard to makeand I’m going to show you two differentversions of how to make this pie we’lldo a quick and easy version and afrom-scratch version either way you’regonna love this pie and I can’t wait toshow you how I do it so let’s getstarted so I want to show you what goesinto this fudge brownie pie we’re gonnastart off with the easy versionbasically what I do is just take aregular box of brownie mix I follow theinstructions on the back pour the batterinto a frozen nine-inchdeep-dish pie crust and bake it off inthe oven and that is it now I happen toprefer the from scratch version so todayI’m gonna be making it that way and Iwant to show you what goes into that sowe’re going to be starting out with twoounces of semi-sweet baking chocolateyou can find this in the baking sectionof your local grocer it’s very easy tocome by and we’re also going to be using2 ounces of unsweetened baking chocolatewe’re also going to be using one and ahalf cups of salted butter which I’mgoing to melt up later we have somegranulated sugar salt vanilla extractand three room-temperature eggsI have some flour here and my favoritecocoa is her she’s dark cocoa you canuse the regular cocoa but I prefer thedark and it’s going to make this pieextra chocolaty and delicious so thefirst thing we have to do is get meltingour chocolate so I opened up thechocolate and they come in one ouncesquares like this so I have two ouncesof the sweet and chocolate and twoounces of the unsweetened chocolate andbefore I mentioned about the butter thatwe’re going to be using I said that wewere going to use what do they have cupsbut I really meant one and a half stickswhich comes out to be aboutthree-quarters of a cup of butter so weare going to take our chocolate and ourbutter and we’re going to put it in amicrowave safe Bowl about this and whatI’m going to do is I’m going tomicrowave this butter and chocolatetogether in 30-second intervalsso I’m gonna take about two minutes forit all to melt together depending onyour microwave and then I’m going toshow you what we’re gonna do from there[Music]so here is my melted chocolate withbutter in my WIC microwave it took abouttwo minutes and it’s just perfectlymelted see how it came together reallynice so now we’re ready to throw thisbatter together so I’m going to take mychocolate butter mixture and put itright into my bowland then I’m going to add my sugar Ihave about one and a half cups of sugargoing in and my three beatenroom-temperature eggs okay I’m going togive this a mix and then we’ll get readyto add the rest of our ingredients[Music]now look at this batter is this lookingso good this smells so good it looks sogood it’s really looking like adelicious fudge brownie mix so our lastingredient is our 1 cup of flour so whatI’m going to do is we’re gonna add thisflour all right it’s gonna go right inlike that and I’m gonna start out byfolding it in with my rubber spatulajust so it doesn’t poof all up on me andthen I’m gonna take my whisk and mixthis all together and bat it we’re gonnabe ready to put it into our pie crustand bake it off in that ovenour brownie batter is all done andcomplete this looks perfect it’s niceand velvety it’s ready for me to pourinto this pie crust so I have my ovenpreheated to 350 degrees and now I’mgoing to take this brownie mix and I’mgonna put it right into this pie shellall right now the beauty about this pieis that it’s when it cooks it has moreof that fudgy like wet Center to it it’snever gonna be like a cake like brownielike regular brownies would be becauseit has that pie crust on the bottom soit’s going to be nice and moist in thecenter which is exactly what I like soif you like it like that then you’rereally gonna love this pie now I’m gonnabake this for about 38 minutes in myoven because I like it like I said morewet but if you like it a little morecake like you can bake it for aboutanother 10 minutes extra so about 48minutes so I’m go ahead and put this inthe oven and we’re gonna cook it tillit’s nice and cracked on the top it’s sodelicious my pies been cooking for about38 minutes and let’s take a look at itlook at this it looks just perfect yousee how it’s slightly cracked at the topand it’s got a few bubbles there I’mjust gonna take my toothpick to show youwhat the inside looks like see it comesout a little wet I kind of like it likethat but like I said if you want it alittle bit more dry you can cook it forabout 10 more minutes and it’ll be justperfect my pies been calling off forabout 25 minutes and you see all thosecracks on the top that’s absolutelynormal that’s exactly what we wantright now I am going to attempt to cutinto this pie and show you what theinside looks like so I’m gonna go aheadand cut this and it really smells sogood and you can see that crust is niceand crispy that’s exactly how I like itand look at how fudgy that looks that’sperfect actually some people would thinkthat that’s not time but that’s not truethat’s exactly how it’s supposed to looknice and fudgy like that so I’m gonnaput some whipped cream on top becausethat’s exactly how I like itand I mean you could put some freshfruit but because it’s Valentine’s Day Ikind of like a little a raspberry on topso I’m gonna go ahead and take a tasteof this around a pie mmm that looks sogood and then take a little whippedcream and I’m goingI wish that you all can taste this piethis is so goodoh my gosh I know that I give I gave youthe shortcut version but I have to tellyou guys this from scratch version is sogood it’s not gonna be as fudgy likethis with a regular about box browniemix I hope you enjoyed this recipe and Iwant to thank Dolores for getting thiscollaboration going and remind you tocheck out all the channels of the otherparticipants in the description boxbelow thank you so much for watching andwe’ll see you next time to serve up someour love take care[Music][Applause][Music][Applause][Music][Applause][Music]you[Music]
