This works out to be approximately 1.11 ehp per hour, using the current rates of 280k Thieving and 950k Cooking xp/hr.
Lots of optimization to be done here, rates could be significantly higher if done by a better player than me.
The “Stealing Artefacts” Runelite plugin is vital for making this method low effort, otherwise you have to pay very close attention to what house you are assigned.
Hallowed crystal shards are by no means necessary, crafting cape or similar works, but you’ll get slightly worse rates.
