I made myself some pancakes forbreakfast the other day I think it wasSaturday morning we had pancakes and Iwas having leftovers so I had sureberries maple syrup and then somestrawberry jam it’s about nine o’clocknow and I am just resting my activewearbecause I’m gonna do a little workoutthe past two days I’ve been reallyunmotivated and I haven’t done anyexercise apart from my afternoon walkalso don’t mind these pimples I don’tknow where they came from so pretty muchwhat my workout consists of is aThursday little one page of a bookbecause she posted on a story let’s takeadvantage of this it’s to turn yourbooty and your legs yeah I’m gonna bedoing that today and then I’m just gonnabe doing the my dance stretch that Iusually do want to improve myflexibility or for dance so this iswhere I’m doing my workout I’m gonna doa straight on to the tiles so I’m gonnastart off with four sets of hip thrustsand these plank in out so I’m going foursets of those like together so two ofeach and then I’m going to be moving onto don’t kick it except that’s what it’scalled you kick back and then I’m gonnado four sets of that and then I’m goingto do[Music][Music]myself inside the juice[Music]I just finished my workouts and mystretching and then now I have to dosome chores for my mum now I have tofold all of this[Music]I’m gonna do my face watch if this isthe first video that you watching withmine or you haven’t seen any of my otherskincare or nitrogen whatever this is myface wash I’ve used this for quite awhile but this is like the only thingthat has ever worked my skinI’ve tried natural products I’ve triedonce without beads but none of them workcreate this space wash and then I have12 steps a toner and moisturizer andthen I roll out my face with the crystalRoma woman ahhand I make sure I get some beats in thisbecause I have to like rush the beads onmy facethey have items’ in Si and ginsengginseng so I just make sure that I putthe base on my problematic areas at thetime I have to do this twice a day orelse I will break out my skin is justreally oily same with my hair now I’mgoing to leave it on for a few minutesand then I’m just going to wash it offand then I’ll do my next steps we justhad tonight it was very hard and I get70 veggies and now the showers and thenwe’re playing hey guys it’s Tuesday andit was kinda like 2:30 I think and I gotto just get ready to throw in videobecause I breaking out in a lot ofpimples and I don’t own that in my videoso I’m kind of coming off as much as Ican so I’m currently just putting on eyeconcealerthere’s just my 24 hours superstay cansee you long but I won right now so I’veto use this one it’s not the best butyeah I’m just covering up any pimplesand when it comes to like timer makeupit does really matter if it looksincredibly like cakey because as long asit looks good on camera and that’s allthat mattersthen I’m also gonna put some under myeyes to make me look more awakeyou’re filming today isn’t coming outfor a while playing that seems ofbuilding a house I got bored so I waslike okay let’s just like make a video[Music]and I haven’t faced watch today becauseI knew that I was going to put makeupand I hate leaving makeup my face Icould soon as I finish this I’m not sureyou just can I take it off my concealerI’m just using you Maybelline met maker[Music]using the colossal Volume Mascara you’vebeen with me for a while so much betteron this either I do that I I don’tunderstand a word count I did 40kickbacks I had 20 sidekicks then sameon the other leg and then I did theplank and outs I think I only did like10 or 20 of those but and then I didsome crunches I did 40 crunches and thenI did 40 of these I don’t know what theycall a sorcerer as they do them and youhave your legs like this and you eitherside you’re obviously laying down andlike you like that and then the thingswe put your legs up and you move side toside and then I did NARAS got to do mysquats shops cough races and here thatwas one my count this is my make up fullvideo it is extremely natural I don’tlike over-the-top eyeshadow and stuffsurrender my eyebrows in person theylook fine then on my camera they looklike blocks and my I’m not doing themtoday it is now 354 and I just finishedfilming that video it took like 20minutesI’m 70 I hungry and it’s a bit late forlunch so I am just air frying somecocktail vegetable spring rolls are sogood especially with sweet and soursauce she awesome an hour fell off tojury SAP so for breakfast I’m makingmyself a raspberry smoothie so whatgrows my smoothies is honey full creammilk fruit of my choice so today I choseberries and then a greedy I get to makeit a little bit more feeling I’m alsogonna add a banana because Bonanno andRogers manatees alike the bestand you add more milk because it’s nitchsloppy[Music]
