Try this for breakfast or snacks, family will love this.
Ingredients:
Poha – 1 & 1/4 cups
Semolina (sooji or rava) – 1 cup
Sour curd – 1/2 cup
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Jeera – 1/2 tsp
Carrot – 1 cup grated
Onion – 1 cup chopped
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – As per taste
Curry leaves – chopped
Coriander leaves – chopped
Note : You can use green chillies instead of pepper powder.
Use 1/2 lemon, if the curd is not sour.
