Cooking Instructions
Mix all ingredients together until well combined. Now add eggs to the mixture and mix little more.
In a fry pan add oil enough to cover all the surface about 1cm deep. When the oil is hot (not smoking hot) add couple of spoons of the mixture and level it out to about 1cm thick. Cook on low to medium heat for 6-8 minutes flipping the pancake half way(you can add more then 1 pancake depending on the size of your pan)
Serve warm or cold with crispy green salad.
