Protein Pancakes super easy to make !

Ciao!
Vi lascio una ricetta super veloce per fare dei pancakes proteici light e gustosi, ci vogliono veramente 10 minuti per cuocerli e potete aggiungerci della frutta e farcirli come preferite. Le dosi elencate sono per 4 pancakes proteici:

45gr farina d’avena
100ml albumi
Una polpa di mela o banana ( io ho usato una polpa di mela e prugna in questa ricetta)
Pizzico di cannella
Acqua QB

The servings listed below are for 4 pancakes in total:
45gr oat flour
100 egg whites
Apple pulp ( I used for this specific recipe, apple and plum pulp)
Pinch of cinnamon
Splash of water
