hey y’all what kind of fat and fitwhat’s up hey so today we are gonna makesome potato pancakes so right here Ihave two potatoes peeled we’re gonna runit through the grater so we can get thatshredded hash brown look[Music][Music][Music][Music][Music]okaySusi’s to pay the pancake I wanted toswitch it up and add a zucchini so we’regonna run and zucchini I just sliced offthe edges and I’m running it through thebraid ER so we’re still gonna get toshred it- look so just front the zucchinithrough[Music][Music][Music][Music]so we just want to drain all that extrawater out that’s in the zucchini and thepotatoes kind of just squeeze it in yourhair real tight and so you get all thatwater out and you’ll be able to tell thedifference see[Music][Music][Music]okay once you get the zucchini thepotatoes all drink out from the waterwe’re gonna put it in the bowl add insome salt some black pepper some onionpowdergarlic powder drive time I want to givethat a toss[Music][Music]just season it to your likingI’m just editing the same season is overonce I gave it a toss[Music]you go 12 make sure the seasons willblend it through the potato pancakefilling okay right here usually use anink I’m gonna do the Flexi X now I seeinch 2 tablespoon of black seed groundflaxseed and 5 tablespoons of water thisis my first time using the flexi egg itwas not bad at all to be honest Ithought it was kind of weird the way Icould see it like one stuff we tell thepancake it’s cooked I can actually seethe flaxseed egg steel but it didn’thave a taste but it cooked by the potatopancake very well so I have someall-purpose flour we’re going to use tobind the potato pancake so we can formit the right besides me morning[Music]and I really don’t know exactly themeasurements I’m just like going for akind of feel like that it’s real firm inmy hand so I can kind of form the pattythe shape of the credit pancake that Iwant[Music][Music][Music]so right here I have some vegetable oilin the skilletand we’re just going to add our potatopancakes to the vegetable oil and usingtools potatoes and one zucchini I wasable to get four nice ties to thepancake[Music]and once they get golden brown on thisside that you’re cooking it all and youjust want to flip it over[Music][Music][Music][Music][Music][Music]so this is a nice golden-brown colorthat you want your say the hash brownwhat I like it for my potato hash brownand you want to cook it a little longeryou can and just cook the other threejust likeso once you get all the potato pancakesnow you can play it up however you likejust make sure they’re golden brown onboth sides now this is some tofu sourcream I made myself it was my first timeit turned out pretty good so just add itto your potato pancake and we’re gonnasprinkle some green onion on top theyturned out really really good I enjoyedthe potato pancakes the seed like Isaid you couldn’t taste the Flexi eggbut they were really good so I hope youenjoyed this recipe until next time I’mchef bae’s god bless you bye
