PanCake Recipe By Sarah Khan

Ingredients:
1 cup sifted flour
1 cup fresh milk
2 Tbsp Full Grinded Sugar
1 Tbsp Baking Powder (Level Equal)
2 Tbsp Melted Butter (salted)
1|2 pinch of Salt (if butter is not salted then you put 1/4 Tsp Salt)
1 Egg
2|3 Drops of Vanilla Essence

Method:
Lets start the recipe:
First of all take the empty Bowl
Put 1 Cup Sifted Flour in a Bowl
Add 2 Tbsp Grinded Sugar ( Powdered )
Add 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
Add 1|2 pinch of salt
Mix it well
After mixing all the material
Add 1 Egg
Add 2|3 drops of Vanilla Essence
Add 2 Tbsp Melted Butter
Add Fresh milk
Mix it well
To make thick paste
Tip: if your paste gets very thick just add some more milk or water or if paste got very thin then you need to add some more flour. with this tip you can maintain the thickness of paste as told in the recipe.
Put all the paste into Jug (pouring on pan jug is easy to pour)
Heat a non-stick pan
Grease Oil the pan with Brush
Pour about 1/5 ladle of the batter onto the pan ( with this material we can make 5 pancakes same size )
Pancakes that are the same size make nice looking stacks
Simmer for 2|3 minutes at low flame (cook it for)
When edges looks dry and bubbles start to appear, and pop on the top surface, flip over.
Cook it until it get light brown
Heat keep on low medium flame
Repeat the same steps with the remaining batter
Topping with Butter and Honey
Pancakes are ready to serve.
