OAT PANCAKES!! Gluten free and super easy to make

Can something be healthy and delicious at the same time? OF COURSE!!

Oat pancakes with a mango-pine syrup
YIELDS 12
INGREDIENTS

*Mango-pine syrup*
1 Julie mango diced (any mango will do, just ensure it is ripe)
½ pineapple diced
1 cup water
½ cup sugar

*Oat pancakes*
1 ¾ cup Oat Flour
2tbsps baking powder
½ tbsp baking soda
1tbsp sugar (can be substituted with 1tbsp honey or maple syrup)
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
1/4tsp ground nutmeg
2 eggs
¾ cup milk (almond milk is optional)
¼ cup vanilla yoghurt (can be substituted with sour cream)
1tbsp melted butter (can be substituted with coconut oil)
Chocolate chips, dried cranberried (optional)
