1 cup all purpose flour or maida
1/4 cup powdered sugar(add more if you want your pancakes to be sweeter)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1+1/2 tbsp melted butter
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
red food colour or beetroot puree
chocolate syrup or honey
