Hello everyone Today I made the Souffle Pancakes Making souffles pancake with ingredients at home Fluffy Souffle pancakes Recipe Fluffy Japanese pancakes in just 20 Minutes Pancake Recipe in Tamil Only 1 egg Souffle Pancake Recipe Soft & Fluffy Pancakes So yummy It was easier than I thought! So you can do well and easily just like me!
Ingredients :-
Egg -1
Maida flour – 3 Tbsp
Powder Sugar – 2 Tbsp
Milk – 3 Tbsp
Vanilla extract(Optional, for removing egg smell) – 1/4 tsp
Baking powder – 1/4 tsp
Separate 1 eggs into white and yolk.
Put 3 tbsp of milk into 1 yolks and 3 Tbsp of flour and Vanilla extract, Baking powder mix it
I’ll shuffle with egg white
Put 1 egg whites and using a hand mixer. Add 2 tbsp of powder sugar times every 30 seconds.
Place dough on low heat in a heated pan.
Add some water, cover and bake for 4 minutes.
turn over the dough carefully. and cover and bake for 1 minutes.
