Just wanted to share this delicious sweet potato pancakes that can be enjoyed by everyone!
Ingredients
3/4 cups plain flour
1/3 cups mashed potatoes
1 tbsp yoghurt
1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
a pinch of salt
My favourite pairing – Maple syrup and olive butter!
