Hello viewers, my first time making Japanese Soufflé Pancakes is a fail, ultimate fail. Yet again, I still did make pancakes so… like and drop a comment down below and subscribe for more videos like this. Quarantine do be making me cook breakfast at 2pm.
INGREDIENTS I USED:
Japanese soufflé pancake
Bowl one
150g milk ( 1/4 cup + 4 tbsp)
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla
25gram melted butter ( 2 table spoon)
Mix
125g all purpose flour ( 3/4 cup + 1tbsp)
+
1/4 tsp baking soda
+
1/2 tsp baking powder
Don’t over mix
Another bowl
3 egg whites
Pinch of salt
Whip
30g sugar 2 1/2 tbsp (Slowly add sugar)
Whisk till stiff peak
Combine both bowls
Low heat
3min each side
Cover up
Plate
