Ingredients:
Pancake Mix 250g
Wintermelon Milk Tea Flavor
1 Egg
1 Can Evaporated Milk
1 tbsp Butter
Preparation:
1. Mix all Ingredients in a bowl until slightly lumpy. (Do not overmix)
2. Pour Pancake batter on to pre-heated, lightly greased pan or flat skillet.
3. Cook until bubly then turn to cook the other side.
