How to make roasted chickpeas. A delicious crunchy snack to enjoy.
Recipe:
2 15OZ cans of chickpeas
6tbsp of olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Foil
Drain and rinse the cans of chick peas and lay out on a towel and let air dry for one hour. After the hour, gently pat dry. Cover a pan with foil and pour your 6tbsp on it, and pre heat for 10 minuets at a 400 degree oven. After the 10 minuets, Gently lay out your chick peas on the pan watch out because oil will sizzle.
