How to make Pumpkin Pancakes (details are in the description below)

Pumpkin pancakes:🎃🥞
(Dry ingredients)
2 1/2 of all purpose flour
1/3 cup of sugar
Tsp of salt
Tbsp of baking powder
Tbsp of baking soda
2 tbsp of cinnamon
1 tbsp of ginger powder
1 tbsp of nutmeg
(Wet ingredients)
1 cup of pumpkin purée
1 tbsp of pumpkin butter
1 cup of milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp of vanilla extract
1 tbsp of oil

In a large bowl, add the dry ingredients together, mix well. After you do that, get a separate large bowl and add the wet ingredients and mix that well. When you finish mixing the wet ingredients, add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, don’t over mix. Lumps make pancakes fluffy. After you mix, cover the pancake batter and put it in the fridge over night.
When you wake up the next morning, take the batter out, get a pan and lightly oil it with cooking spray. When the pan is hot, pour the pancakes on the pan, shake the pan a few times. cook the pancakes on medium low heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until it’s golden brown. When it’s done, place the pancakes on a plate and enjoy your pumpkin pancakes🎃🥞
