This recipe for pancakes makes the most perfect soft and fluffy pancakes.

INGREDIENTS

– All-purpose flour 1 1/2 cup
– baking powder 2 t-spoon
– salt 1/2 t-spoon
– vanilla powder 1 t-spoon
– sugar 2 tb-spoon
– Milk 1 cup
– egg 1
– butter 1/4th cup
– In a bowl , sift all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla powder together, combine all the dry ingredients and set aside.
– In a separate bowl , add milk egg and butter and whisk well
– Add the milk mixture in the dry ingredients , mix well
– To cook the pancakes heat a pan medium low heat. When the pan is hot add a small amount of butter and ⅓ cup of the pancakes batter.
-Cook the pancake for 2-3 minutes each side
– Repeat with remaining batter.
– Drizzle pancake syrup or honey on top.
– Top with berries and enjoy 🙂
