Pancakes with Fig Butter Spread | Eggless | Quick & Easy Breakfast Recipe
This easy to make pancake recipe has two parts:
First, our simple pancakes. Then, an option for spread.
The spread which we have demonstrated here is made of fig, butter, cinnamon and sugar.
You can substitute fig with a fruit like apple or banana.
– For Pancakes
All Purpose Flour (Maida) : 1 ½ Cups
Milk : 1 ½ Cups
Butter : 2 Tablespoons
Sugar : ¼ Cups
Baking Powder : 2 Teaspoons
Baking Soda : ¼ Teaspoon
Salt : A Pinch
– For Fig Butter (Optional)
Figs : 2 to 3
Butter : 25 to 30 Gms
Sugar : 2 Teaspoons
Cinnamon : ¼ Teaspoon
Honey : As per taste
You can have these soft and delicious Pancakes with any butter, spread, fresh fruits of your choice and honey or maple syrup.
