hey there welcome to my channel intoday’s video we are going to make somebuttermilk pancake so we have hereall-purpose flour whole milk granulatedsugar melted butter cooking oil forfrying eggs salt and baking powder solet’s begin the cooking first we’regoing to add all our dry ingredientswe’re going to add 3 teaspoons of bakingpowder 1/2 a teaspoon of salt3 tablespoons of granulated sugar andwe’re gonna mix them all upyouand then we’re gonna set it aside thenwe’re gonna get all our wet ingredientsready in a bigger bowl we’re going towhisk two eggsthen we gonna add a 1 and 1/2 cup ofcold milk and a 1/4 cup of melted butterafter mixing we’re gonna combine our wetingredients and dry ingredientsand then we’re going to mix it alltogether until there is no more lumps inthe batterand then we’re going to cover it up andset it aside for about 10 minutesso here we’re gonna check our batter nowit’s a little bit bubbly on the top thisis the good time we’re gonna startcooking you see that bubbles so here weare warming up our pan we’re just gonnakeep them keep lowI’m gonna brush it with some cooking oilon the bottomI’m going to use a measuring cup I’mgonna use 1/4 cup of butternow it must look like that on the top sowe gonna put itdone so we’re gonna flip them in a plateand then we’re gonna repeat the processand the old about it is cup and sohere’s our pancakeswe made eleven pancakes so now I’m gonnashow you the way you can eat thesepancakes you can barter them andsprinkle sugar on the top or you canbother them and pour syrup on the top Ihope you enjoyed this video please don’tforget to subscribe my channel until thenext time bye bye[Music]
