Ingredients
200gm-flour
I -tbsp of vegetable oil
A pinch of salt
175ml of water
175ml of milk
1/2 -tsp of lemon zest
1/2-tsp of vanilla extract
METHOD
Put the flour, sugar and salt together in large bowl
Make a well in the centre add milk and water
Whisk untill you have a smooth batter
Add vegetable oil, lemon zest and vanilla extract and whisk thoroughly
Take a frying pan and add a laddleful of batter
Swirling it round the pan to get a nice even layer
Allow it to cook for l minute untill golden brown
Flip onto the other side and let it cook for 1minute
Place the pancake on a side plate
Repeat the procedure untill the batter is over
Serve with lemon or syrup 😁😋
