How to Make Fluffy Pancakes Perfect Simple and Easy Pancake Recipe

I will show you how to make the fluffiest, tastiest, and perfect pancakes that everyone in your home will absolutely love! My family loves my pancakes because the pancakes are so thick and fluffy.

This simple, easy to make recipe requires only a few ingredients, and super easy to make.

This recipe will yield about 12 small pancakes, but since we like large round pancakes, we made 3 large pancakes with this batter.

THIS IS THE ONLY PANCAKE RECIPE YOU WILL EVER NEED!

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Non-Stick pan
A little bit of butter to grease your pan. You will wipe off excess butter
Measuring cup (1/4 cup) for pouring the batter onto the pan in circular motion starting in the middle
Spatula to flip your pancake

OPTIONAL: SQUEEZE BOTTLE FOR POURING THE PERFECTLY ROUND PANCAKES, OR MAKE FUN SHAPES FOR YOUR LITTLE ONES!

INGREDIENTS
2 cups all purpose | plain flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar or sweetener
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 and 3/4 cups milk
1/4 cup butter
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract or Almond extract for a little bit of almond flavor
1 large egg

DIRECTION:
STEP 1: Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large-sized bowl and mix.

STEP 2: in a mixer bowl combine the milk, slightly melted butter, vanilla and egg

STEP 3: Use a wire whisk or mixer to mix the wet ingredients from step 2 until smooth or use your mixer to do this.

STEP 4: Add the dry mix to the wet mix and mix using your hand mixer, whisk or stand mixer till there are no lumps. A few lumps are OK.
(If the batter is too thick, you can add a little bit of milk at a time to the desired consistency)

STEP 5: Pour the batter into a measuring cup or measuring glass because you will be pouring it on to the pan.

STEP 6: Preheat your non stick pan or griddle on medium heat first. Once it’s hot, lower the heat down to low-medium heat. Wait about two minutes. Wipe the pan with a little butter to lightly grease the pan. Wipe the excess butter with a paper towel.

STEP 7: Pour ¼ cup of batter more or less, depending on how big/small/thin/thick you want your pancake to be. Pour the batter onto the pan starting in the middle, and then in a circular motion going outwards.

When the underside is golden and bubbles begin to appear on the surface, use your spatula and slide it underneath the pancake and gently flip and cook until golden. About a couple of minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.

Top with Butter, Honey, Maple syrup, fruit or anything that puts a smile on your face!
