Teff is a traditional grain in Ethiopia and one of the country’s staple foods which is now gaining popularity in Kenya. It’s highly nutritious and naturally gluten-free. It’s also commonly made into a flour for cooking and baking.
Ingredients
1 cup teff flour
1 cup uji mix flour
2tbsp of sugar
2tspn of baking powder
2 eggs
3/4tspn vanilla essence
2tspn cooking oil
Warm milk.
