Whole Food Plant Based Pancakes and Waffles

Anna’s Healthy Pancakes/Waffles
Ingredients:
Rolled Oats – 1.25 cups
Arrowroot or tapioca starch – 1 tbsp (optional) if not using add more oats
Plant Milk – 1cup
Ripe Bananas – 1
Ground flexseed – 2 tbsp
Baking soda – 1tsp
Baking powder – 0.5 tsp
Salt – 0.25 tsp
Apple Cider vinegar – 1 tbsp
Vanilla extract – 1tsp

Preheat non-stick pan or waffle maker.

Add all ingredients into the high power blender and blend until smooth.
If batter too thick add more milk ,if too thin add more oats.
Make pancakes or waffles.
You can add blueberries or chocolate chip in your pancakes as you make them.
You can add handful of spinach and 1tbsp cocoa powder to make the waffle . Great way to hide greens 😉.
