Ingredients
For Pancakes
1 ½ cups off all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp salt
1 cup milk
1 large egg
3 Tbsp of butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup chopped pecans{optional}

For Cream Cheese Cinnamon Glaze
3 Tbsp unsalted butter
2 oz. cream cheese
⅔ cups powdered sugar, sifted
½ tsp vanilla extract
3 Tbsp milk
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup

Directions

GLAZE
Mix together the butter and cream cheese.
Add the powdered sugar and mix together.
Add milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Then mix together until combined.
Set aside.

PANCAKES

In a large bowl, sift flour then add sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt, whisk together.
In a med. Bowl whisk together milk, egg, melted butter and 1 tsp. vanilla extract.
Make a well in the center of the flour mixture, pour in the milk mixture and stir until combined. Do not over stir. Batter will be a little lumpy.
Heat a large skillet or a griddle over medium heat.
Lightly spray griddle or skillet with non-stick spray or brush with melted butter, using a ⅓ cup measuring cup spoon batter onto skillet or griddle. Gently spread into a 4-inch circle.
When bubbles start to appear on the top of the pancakes turn them. Cook until lightly browned and done in the middle.
