Easy Homemade Blueberry Pancakes | How to Make Pancakes

Today I’m sharing how to make homemade blueberry pancakes! If I knew making homemade pancakes was this easy and tasted this good, I would have been making them a LONG time ago! I can’t wait to share this Easy Blueberry Pancake recipe with you all! And if you are new to making homemade pancakes, then you might be surprised at just how simple it is and how it taste just like the ones you get at some popular restaurants…but even BETTER!😄

Dry Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Wet Ingredients:
1 cup buttermilk (see notes below to make your own)
1/4 cup melted butter (half a stick)
1 beaten egg
*1/2 tsp vanilla (I used vanilla almond milk – so I didn’t need to add any additional vanilla)

And of course…
Approx. 1/2 – 3/4 cup fresh blueberries *(if using frozen, make sure to thaw, rinse and pat dry)

As you see in the video I scooped out 1/3 cup of batter for each pancake. Makes approximately 8 pancakes!
