hey everyone it’s 3:05 protein thisvideo is for a Candace she wanted toknow how I made my protein pancake sothis videos for you girl my proteinpancakes here we go alright so today’sprotein pancake is really simple I use Ithink four ingredients and I’m gonnashow you how to make a vanilla cinnamonchocolate and peanut butter flavoredpancakessuper easy here we go first thing I dowait a pan coconut oil ready to roll inmy bowl one scoop vanilla isolateprotein powder very tiny tiny bit theshape of baking powders done now I takeone egg and I’m going to use the eggwhites so now I’m going to startstirring these three ingredients if Isee that I need water then I will addwater which I’ll be eating a little bitof water so I really don’t measure it Ijust kind of gauge it I just startpretty little by littleeverybody scoop of protein is differentso I kind of just gauge it like that andthat’s it so the powder water egg whitesand a dash of baking powder now thesefour ingredients make your vanillaflavored pancakeswhat I’m gonna do is I’m gonna make acinnamon flavour tanking and then justadd a dash of cinnamon and that’s it sothis is basically kind of make thevanilla for your pinky andsexy cinnamon pancake I’m about to flipthis and that’s it that’s your sexypancake this is my 305 protein pancakesuper easy four ingredientsbanana you want cinnamon just add thecinnamon powder it’s really easy and andthat’s it and I’ll make another one nowchocolate toothat’s for a sad occasion I’m gonna makea chocolate protein pancake I also havea peanut butter powder which is what Iuse you can make a peanut butter flavorpacket it’s really simple I can justalternate the three ingredients cinnamonchocolate a peanut butter or addwhatever you want whatever you want socouple protein powdersa dash of baking powder egg white andthen on lentils take a teaspoon of taugot our powder I get it from TraderJoe’s obviously[Music]fix it add a little bit of water andthen instead of chocolate you can usepeanut butter power or you can just mixthem in half pancake with chocolate andpeanut butter peanut butter is 12 monthsI get it on Amazon it’s amazing it’s got1/4 the calories of peanut butter and1/4 of fat a peanut butter so sometimesI mix it with my protein powder and it’sgot 25 calories there are 1 tablespoonthink about that 25 calories you burnthat off walking to the balcony about[Applause][Music]and this is your chocolate proteinpancake beautiful delicious and youdon’t have to put any tariffs on top ofit because it tastes like chocolate asyou can see it’s super super easy andit’s what I dig myself has a treat whenI want something sweet well I’m notconfident just making a shake and mixingit with water so I just mix it withthose ingredients and then make iteither a vanilla cinnamon chocolate oror peanut butter super super easy it’sdelicious it’s not gonna be theprettiest pancake it’s not the fluffiestpancake but who gives a becauseit’s my pancake it’s complete with theingredients that I like super easy tomake super healthy and this is a proteinsnap this is a real protein snap so it’spretty simple if you liked my video giveme a thumbs up share with all yourfriends hit the subscribe button andring that bell feeds you get all thenotifications whenever I have a newvideo going up because all my videos areand so that one person has given me thethumbs down we know who you are we knowwho you are but other than that we makethis protein pancake let me know whatyou think and let me know if otheringredients that you add in it so thatmaybe I can try your recipe but CandiceI hope you liked my video and thanks somuch
