Progesterone No Bake Cookies Recipe (Keto) & Day of Low Carb Eating (Not Keto)

Zenwise Digestive Enzymes + Probiotics:

No Bake Keto Progesterone Cookie Recipe:

2/3 Cup natural peanut butter
3 TBSP unsalted butter, melted
1/3 cup hulled hemp hearts
2 tbsp cacao powder
2/3 cup pepitas, unsalted
1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
3 tbsp Lakanto (I used the Lakanto monkfruit baking sweetener which is powdered)

1. mix all ingredients into a medium sized mixing bowl.
2. place a sheet of parchment paper on a small baking sheet.
3. make 12 small 2″ balls of batter using a cookie scooper. gently pat down with a spoon to make them more like a cookie shape and not a ball.
4. freeze for 30 minutes. For best results, store cookies in the freezer on a sealed container.

192 calories
10g protein
17g fat
8g total carbs/3g net carbs
2g fiber
3g erythritol, sugar alcohol
