Meringue cookies are light as air, perfectly sweet, and so easy to make!
These basic cookies are a must for any festive event, such as birthday or anniversary and also an impressive centrepiece for a dinner party dessert.
Ingredients
Egg white – 2 ( 100g )
Caster sugar – 150 G
Vanilla essence – 1/4 tsp
Pinch of salt
Cream of tartar – 1/4 tsp ( cream of tartar replacement lemon juice or white vinegar )
Edible silverball
Bake 85’C for 1 hour
After baking store in airtight container
