this again so what’s really happeninghere is that I all cookies but we haveabsolutely nothing at home and I fansome cookie recipes and there’s one bytasty where all of the ingredients areactually have at home right now andbecause they don’t have anything funkylike I’m not gonna go buy like veganbutter to make these freakin cookies andalso in the comments of this a lot ofpeople have very different experienceswith this because some people say it’samazing other people say that they wentcompletely wrong because of the coconutoil and I’m using coconut oil so this isreally not just meeting cookies this isa scientific experiment the what we needto do first hundred grams of sugar andyou can tell that my mom already triedso hard to be a good woman because someof our ingredients are in these glassjars but I would belong to you if I saidthat we really use this for everythingthis is very rare and this brown sugarisn’t great for baking like for cookiesyou want like the we’re at 51 78 Oh140 I didn’t go on that one 166 Oh 164yeah I need my coconut oil melted Idon’t oh yeah I don’t know oh what’svery melted I’m just gonna get coconutoil everywhereum I don’t do this like going with aspoon I’m gonna insert whateverit is here when I think of it milk soI’m giving up on the this mixer cuz it’sbroken so I can only do this I can’t doany of these the slower ones and I justknow I’m gonna get we need milkeverywhere right I’m not feeling verygood about milk which is really goodbecause I don’t actually have any takingsoda I only have baking powder I can’tbelieve that in my spaghetti video Italked about how it looks good actuallyhow my biggest pet peeve is people whomake really awful baked with me videosthat’s stress man to watch because thepeople in it are not really trying andthey’re over mixing all that because I’ma really judging awful person apparentlyand now I am basically doing this recipeby just being like yeah I don’t know ifany of these things but we’re just gonnasee what happensoh I ripped this bag of flour openvery badly oh and I wasthrough the Commons because that’s athing I sometimes do it like if you’remaking something from like a randomwebsite it’s a good idea to check thecomments in case you can troubleshootthat whatever and it always kind ofdepends because everyone’s oven isdifferent but some people were sayingthat it’s a good idea to add more flourso that they don’t become that okay soI’m not gonna add more flour for now I’mgonna mix it and see how it comestogether and then I might add more flourlater the sugar in the coconut oilactually came together better than Ithought it would which one would be themost upsetting to watch me cut tablewith I think this one would be reallyfrustrating to work but I could hatecomments for a cutting chocolate with acheese knife okay I’m just kidding I’mnot actually gonna do that I’m awful butnot like thatI really don’t know why I’m asking whytheir chocolate on the cheese knife asif anyone in my house ever uses thisalso another fun thing I don’t have weonly have a hundred grams or so bakingchocolate which is the only veganchocolate in my house at the moment andif it’s really bad I don’t have somemilk chocolate I could throw in alsothis is very still but I don’t reallywant to add any milk chocolate becausemy vegan spaghetti video we know whathappened there and I know I’m the onewho should be educating myself on thesethings before I go and do them but itwas in the heat of the moment ithappened but because of that I don’twant to make another like pseudo veganthing but mostly because my family isprobably gonna eat these and I’m hopingalways there that they turn out well andI don’t want to be like yeah they’recompletely vegan but there’s milkchocolate and because then it’s like ohthey’re good because of the milk oh theywant me to fold it with a spatulaof course they do they don’t have to dothe dishes that was just for the sake ofcomedy we do have a dishwasher but it’salso kind of broken so I will mostlikely be doing dishes after this theflour is going in and I would get anaction shot for youI could fold and film and the productionquality of this is so damn low clearlyso you’re just gonna have to imaginewhat it’ll be like also I’ve lost videomade me realize that my posture is sobad and I knew it was bad but the entirevideo I’m just walking around my kitchenlooking for things just like hunchedover oh I feel like this might be toomuch flour I really it seems like awhole lot of flour just we’ll see whathappensfeel like I’m gonna over mix them I’m sostressed this is what I get for allthose comments I made about people overmixing things in YouTube videos likecomments in my video like I’m notcommenting on other people’s videos I’mnot and I think at this point I’m gonnathrow in my stale chocolate so I have tomix it less oh it looks a bit like ifyou made cookie dough but with notenough flour it is all combined now butI think I’m gonna add more flour maybethis is where I go wrong find out thething that is disturbing me a little bitis that they’re not telling you to chillthis cookie dough and if there’s onething I know about cookies like this isthat you have to chill them otherwisethey’re just too thin and it’s just notright adding that bit of flourdefinitely helped and I honestly thinkit could use more if this ends up beingtoo much flour you’re gonna know rightnow because I will make it like blackand white and with sad music did it workalso the reason I are making anotherbake with me cook with me video is cuzI’m at home right now and where I lookat the moment I have flatmates so I justdon’t enjoy being the kitchen as muchversus now I have this whole place tomyselfthey don’t even smell like I hate thepeople I live with but if you have likea weird living situationyou’re probably gonna know exactly whatI mean this feels very overmixed oh ohit’s a very tender mmm honestly thatcoconut oil just really good I’m justworried you’re worried about theconsistency do i over mix and add moreflour and probably end up with a betterconsistency or do I live in likeand risk it being too thin well I guessit shouldn’t if the texture of normalcookie dough normal cookie dough andit’ll set in the ovenin the fridge I wish I could call mybaking friend but I know she’s workingright now actually let me check you you know who you areshould go back you should go back hi canyou talk so so I’m making cookies rightnow and they are deacon but now I’m notsure I should add more flourI haven’t said yes I’m not sure okaythank youbasically my friend said that I shouldleave the cookie dough because the issueis most likely just that my house is sodamn hot and it is like I said in thatother video somebody came over to likeadjuster a thermometer because it’s awhole different situationaside from it already being a bit funkymy mom loves when the house is like waywarmer than it should be and my momwould insist that the temperature iscompletely normal but then anytimesomebody comes to my house they’re likeoh wow this place is super hot and I’mlike tell me about it okay I’m not gonnaclean up a mess that you can’t reallysee and we’re gonna chill it for byhonestly I want to say power justbecause I don’t want to take risks onthis patients is of our two kids but ifI feel the rest of the video like thiswould you end subscribe so now I need towash my hands don’t forget to ask anadult if you don’t know how to do this Ichecked on it about 30 minutes in and itgot really oh it’s firmed up even moreoh it might be too firm like it’s veryfirm I might have added too much flourstay tuned to find out if I it upit’s a bit crumbly no I just want to saythat if these up it’s because I up not because we can cookiesthemselves or bat so it waslike but then I realized while I wasthinkingthat joke is how much time did Iactually spend doing the dishes becausemy first instinct was to be like 40minutes of me doing the dishes but 40minutes is an excessive amountconsidering the dishes I had but andthen I realized that doing then Irealized that that doing the dishes isone of those activities where time justisn’t real anymore it’s like going tothe grocery store how much time do youusually spend at the grocery store notwhen you quickly run in to get somethingbut when you’re doing a proper groceryshop how much time is it I have no ideahow much my time spent on it time justisn’t realyou just get distracted it’s just adifferent world okay I should havewritten into smaller pieces I’mstruggling I told you in my spaghettivideo I am very proud of chopping thingshere’s your proof yeah I’m sure you’veall been wondering about that thisthey’re rolling yeah all right I’ll getan action shot for you you’re welcomethere they are it’s been about fiveminutes I’m gonna peek at them okaynothing is ever almost a concern okayit’s fine it’s been eight minutes we’regetting a little bit of spread I lovethat you can’t see they were having sucha hard time spreading that I press thisone down with a spoon a little bit justcuz I’ve read about that in recipes seehow they’re big boys so I’m gonna letthose cool and then do the next batchand I feel like I can definitely fitmore on this time but I’m gonna go dothat off camera next batch is in theoven my last batch actually I’ve justall made them fit on one I think it’sgonna be fine they’re still definitelytoo warm to eat oh it’s very soft[Music]well honestly that’s really good whatdoes it doesn’t taste like coconut oil Imean maybe there’s a really faintaftertaste and it’s definitely reallythick and I don’t think I actually madethem too floweryI think the flower was honestly theright call I think if you gave those tome but I wouldn’t question whether theywere bacon or no mm-hmm maybe I’m happywouldn’t make this again I can’trecommend it yeah
