Making KETO Chocolate Chip Cookies

Keto Almond Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
5 Tbsps Almond Butter
1 Tbsp Melted Butter
1 Egg
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Almond Flour
3 Tbsps Monkfruit Sweetner – in my opinion this is the best and only substitute sweetner to use, everything else has a strange after taste (trust me on this)
1/4 cup Lily’s chocolate chips
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 325. Mix all liquid ingredients in large bowl. Add dry ingredients. Mix and form into 12-15 balls. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Place cookies on pan and bake 8-10 mins. Enjoy!
