A delicious peanut butter cookie recipe that is Keto friendly. What could be better than that?

Peanut Butter Cookie Ingredients:

1 Cup organic peanut butter
2 Large Eggs
1/2 Cup Erythritol

Cookie Instructions:

Pre-heat your oven to 350 Degrees
In a large bowl add the eggs and peanut butter.
Mix all of the ingredients together. Then add the Erythritol and stir till a thick dough forms
One the dough forms, cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and add 20 cookies to the sheet using a cookie scoop or two spoons.
Bake the cookies for 10 minutes. At this point you may score the tops with a fork, and then cook an additional 5-6 minutes.
Cool the cookies completely in the tray, and then transfer them to a plate
