HOW TO MAKE THE BEST SOFT CREAMY CHOCOLATE CHIPS COOKIES || JENY’S VLOG

Ingredients:
21/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 tspn baking soda
1 tspn fine sea salt
2 stick (200 grams) unsalted butter, melted
(not too much)
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup soft brown sugar
2 tspn vanilla essence
2 eggs, at room temperature
2 cups of semi sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
Preheat the oven 180°

Combine the flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt together in a large bowl.

Combine the melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar,eggs,vanilla together until no brown sugar lumps remain, and its creamy

Add the flour mixture gradually to the wet mixture

When it’s well mixed, now stir in the chocolate chips.

If time permits you can wrap dough in a plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 24 hours but no more than 72hours. This allow the dough to marinade and makes the cookies thicker and chewie, and more flavorful., just let the though set at room temperature just until it is soft enough to scoop.

Bake to 12- 15 minutes or until it’s a bit brown, much better if just enough because it will give you a soft creamy cookie.

Please don’t leave your baking things un attended or you will burn your cookie.
