Emmy’s at it again!!! this whole Coronavirus has thrown me for a loop and aside from a few Thin Mints, I’ve barely had any Girl Scout cookies this season maybe next year it’ll be a lot different
I’ve done this with oreos and its one of the most delicious chocolate cakes I’ve ever made. Emmy Keep up the good work!

This reminds me of working in a donut shop when I was in high school. At the end of the day, we’d bring all of the leftover donuts to the back. All of the donuts that had chocolate in them or on them were thrown into the big Hobart mixer. We’d turn on the mixer and add enough chocolate glaze to create a cohesive mass. That mass would be pressed into a big sheet pan and covered with more chocolate glaze. Voila! Brownies! Oddly, those sold out every single time we made them!
“I’ve eaten so many cookies.” (Only not really because I can’t eat sugar or wheat.) But I love what you did with the cookies on top! And so cool that it worked out and tasted good. Thank you for being a place I can escape to during all this COVID-19 madness and not have to think about it for awhile.
