HOW TO MAKE POLVORONES (MEXICAN WEDDING COOKIES)

This cookies are the easiest and the most delicious, soft, crumbly,shortbread cookies you will ever make! hope you enjoy this recipe and give it a try! Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup vegetable shortening butter flavored
1 cup powder sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 small pinch salt
2 cups walnuts
2 tsp Mexican vanilla blend

hi guys and welcome back to my channeltoday I’m gonna share with you guys howto make Volvo donutsthey’re basically Mexican weddingcookies in case you guys wanna learn howto make this delicious recipe just staytuned and I’ll show you how are you guysso let’s get started with ouringredients so for this recipe we’regoing to need 1 cup of butter flavor allvegetable shortening or you can also usebutter 1 cup of powdered sugar 1 cup ofgranulated sugar 1/2 a teaspoon ofbaking powder a small pinch of salt 2cups of chopped walnuts two teaspoons ofMexican vanilla blend and two cups ofall-purpose flour so these areingredients now let’s get started areyou so frame we’re going to start bypreheating our oven to 350 degrees nextwe’re going to place our walnuts intoour blender and now we’re just going tobrown our walnutsall righty so once they’re finely groundwe’re going to start working on ourdough so next we’re going to place ourshorteningand Mexican vanilla blend together andwith our mixer and we’re going to beatinto we have a very smooth paste I’mjust going to put down medium speed[Music][Applause][Music]okay so once we have our mixture likethis now we’re just going to combine ourflour our baking powder and a salttogether with our mixture and just blendit all together[Music]so make sure you do this you mix it wellshe smells delicious already so justmake sure that everything is combinedjust like that and once everything lookslike this we’re going to add our walnutsnow we’re just going to mix it togetheragain okay so once everything is niceand mixed together we’re going to startworking on our bowls alright so nextwe’re going to grab our on greasedbaking sheet and we’re going to startworking on making our dough into a ballshape so I like to just grab a spoon andum grab two servings like that and justkind of with your hand you’re gonnashape it into a ball and you can go asbig as you want but to me that’s perfectso just crumpled it with your handforming the ball and this is a funactivity to do with your kids you knowjust place them on your sheet[Music]and we’re gonna do it to all of our dopealright so we just got done making ourcookies and we made about 20 of them ofcourse you know it depends on how bigyou make them and that’s gonna depend onhow many you make so now they’re readyto be put in the oven so we’re going toput them for 15 minutes at 350 degreesquick tip when you put them in the ovenmake sure that you place them gentlyotherwise if you drop your ear cheatotherwise if you drop your sheet isgoing to crack the cookies alright sonow we’re just going to let them holddown for about 15 to 20 minutes alrightso after 15 minutes your cookies shouldbe a little warm and that’s fine becausewe don’t want them to be completely coldthis is what they look like in thebottom that’s how you know that they’redone and by now you should be able tohandle them pretty good so now we’regoing to move on to dip them in ourpowdered sugar so now I’m just going tograb my cookie and dip it in ourpowdered sugar you can just use yourfingers we’re just gonna move it inthere aroundand just forand just make sure that the wholecookies covered in powdered sugar justlike that and now we’re just going to doit to all of our cookies alright guys soonce they’re ready to be servedyou can always sip some more powderedsugar on top of them or even cinnamon orget creative and put some Nutella butthey are ready so I am ready alreadyguys and now for the best part yes areyou ready I’m ready[Music]super deliciouslook at me thumbs up it’s really superdelicious everything’s just so perfectalrighty guys and there you have itsuper easy and delicious polvo donuts Ihope you guys enjoyed watching thisvideo if you did please don’t forget togive me a big thumbs up and also sharewith your friends and family and if yourecreate this recipe please don’t forgetto tag me on any of my social medias andalso beauty to my channel please hitthat subscribe button so you guys can bepart of our family thank you so much forwatching and I’ll see you guys in mynext videooh yeah[Music]it is perfect except me even forgivenessa pecanthe love for my mommy my semen takenaudio girl Bella Formica doing mysymmetric Akinoritell me Esther
