Today we made meringue cookies and the famous Aussie dessert, pavlova.
These meringue cookies are simple treats that are easy to make and very addictive! The meringue itself tastes a bit almost nutty and while the pretzel toppings give an extra crunch and bit of saltiness that pairs perfectly with the sweetness of the meringue. As for the fancy looking pavlovas, the crispness of the meringue, refreshing chantilly cream, silky custard, and fruits of your choice make a crisp, fresh entrance and dissolve in the mouth like a cloud! Try making one at home and enjoy💕

[Pavlova Recipe]

-Meringue-
Egg whites 100g
Sugar 100g
Sugar powder (confectioner’s sugar) 40g
Corn starch 4g
Lemon juice 2g

-Custard-
Egg yolk 30g
Sugar 30g
Vanilla bean 0.5g
Corn starch 8g
Milk 120g

-Chantilly Cream-
Heavy cream 200g
Sugar 20g
Vanilla bean 0.5g
White rum 3g
