How to Make EDIBLE Cookie Dough | Edible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Recipe

Everyone secretly loves cookie dough but because it has raw flour and raw eggs – it kind of makes it less desirable. I am going to show you how to make perfectly safe Edible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough that is sweet, chocolatey and creamy, perfect when you need something sweet that comes together quickly. Now you CAN’T bake this cookies dough because there isn’t any eggs to bind the cookies together so don’t try that.

🔴Edible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

1 cup (136 g) all-purpose flour, heat treated to kill bacteria
½ cup (113 g) unsalted butter room temperature
½ cup (110 g) packed dark brown sugar
3 Tablespoons (40 g) sugar
Pinch of salt
2-3 tablespoon (30-44 g) milk
½ teaspoon (2 g) vanilla extract
¼ cup (41g) mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Heat-Treat the Flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (177 C) and line a baking sheet with parchment. Spread flour evenly on baking sheet and bake for 5-10 mins or until the flour reaches 160 F. Cool completely, sift if needed.

Edible Cookie Dough

Add room temperature butter, brown sugar, sugar and salt to a standing mixture and whip together until pale and fluffy, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add in 1 ½ tablespoons (22 g) of milk and the vanilla extract and combine. Add in flour and blend just to combined, while adding milk ½ tablespoon (7 g) at a time to thin if needed. Using a rubber spatula fold in chocolate chips. Enjoy!

chocolate chip cookie dough ifyou guys are into cookie dough but youdon’t like eating it because there’s raweggs raw flour I got a solution for youit’s way better than the store-boughtkind I think you guys are gonnaappreciate it the store-bought kind isactually a little bit priceyI found it before and I bought it I wasa little bit disappointed because it waspricey it didn’t taste all that fresh soI made it at home it is so much betterthere’s actually only a few ingredientsit comes together pretty quickly a fewsteps it’s not all that hard to make Ithink you guys will really enjoy it ifyou’re new around here I want to tellyou welcome I hope you guys considersubscribing thank you in advance if youdon’t mind the extra calories andrunning on the treadmill just a littlebit longer make sure you guys keepwatching and let me show you how to makethis recipe pretty easy to start thisedible chocolate chip cookie doughrecipe I want you to go ahead andpre-heat your oven to 350 degreesFahrenheit struggling withthis one I don’t know what happened itgot stuck to the cup and you want to addin your sugar then you want to add inyour salt add it to your standing mixeror just use you know your regular mixerand beat it by hand I actually starteddoing this using the wrong attachment onmy standing mixer I don’t know what Iwas thinkingrookie mistake I guess so I went aheadand started whipping it up you basicallywant to whip this together until it ispale and fluffy it takes a few minutesprobably two to three minutes make sureyou’re scraping your bowl so everythingis combined if you’re doing this by handof course it’s gonna be a little bitdifferent then this is where I realizedI had the wrong attachment so I placethe right one and I gave it a quick mixalso I’m using my standmixer and it’s not really gettingeverything just because I’m just makinglike one batch of this edible cookiedough so yeah it’s not gettingeverything but if you do more batchesthat definitely will get everything makesure you’re scraping everything until itis all combined then I added atablespoon and a half of milk and thevanilla and again I’m scraping the sidesjust so it combines a lot better I wentahead turned on my mixer and combined ituntil everything was incorporated nowyou want to make sure your batter isn’ttoo wet because that is not theconsistency that we are looking for thenyou want to sieve your flour so makesure it is cooled off completely run itthrough a sieve because we bake theflour to get rid of any raw flour wewant to do this so there is no lumpslumps do tend to form once it’s baked soI went ahead and did that and then Iwent ahead and added the flour to mybutter and sugar mixture I turned on mystanding mixer and I combined everythingand it doesn’t take that long at allthis recipe comes together quite fast Iwanted to mention that and I also wantedto say if you are looking for my recipeit is down in the description so if youever want to recreate it go right aheadand make mixer and I wentahead and I used a spatula to combinedall the dry bits I didn’t need to addany more milk since I do live in Atlantait is quite humid here so I didn’t needto add any more then go ahead and add inyour mini chocolate chips they’re socuteyour batter should look something likethis consistency you don’t want it’s toowatery you don’t want it too dry so lookfor that consistency next I’m justshowing you what you can do with it youcan’t actually scoop it up with the tinyscoop and put it in a little ramekin andit looks really cute I don’t think oneperson can possibly be eating all thisyou can also put this in an airtightcontainer and pop it in your fridge justkeep in mind that if you do put it in anairtight container and put it in yourfridge it will tend to harden justbecause there is butter in there so keepthat in mind if you wanted to add morechocolate chips to your cookie doughbatter make sure you add moreI ended up not using that many so it isentirely up to you listen we’re allfamily here I wish I would have told youguys this at the beginning I feel like Ihave to put this clamors everywhere inmy videos but make sure you’re notmaking double or triple batches of thiscookie dough that’s edible becauselisten you guys are going to want to eatit it is so good you’re gonna sit nextto the bowl eating it before you knowwhat hits you you’re gonna be like oh mygosh I
