1 Stick Soften Unsalted Butter
1 Egg + 1 Tsp Vanilla
1 3/4 Cup Flour
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 1/2 Tsp Instant Coffee
1 cup Chocolate Chips
375 degrees 12-14 min
My version:
1/2 cup Light brown sugar
1/2 cup Dark brown sugar
3 Tbs Cugar
1 Stick Unsalted Butter (Melted into Brown Butter)
1 Egg + 1 Tsp Vanilla
1 3/4 Cup Flour
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp Espresso Powder
1 cup Chocolate Chips
